We start with a short email or message chat to discuss your needs and goals.

📝 Step 2: Choose Your Package

You pick the hourly, task-based, or social media package that suits you best.

📥 Step 3: Onboarding

I’ll ask for a few details (files, logins, branding, etc.) to get started. This can be done via email or a simple form.

🛠 Step 4: Work Begins

I complete the tasks, track hours (if applicable), and send you updates along the way.

✅ Step 5: Delivery & Feedback

You receive your completed tasks or reports and can request small edits if needed.

📄 General Terms & Info

• Payment: All packages are paid monthly in advance. You’ll receive an invoice via bank transfer.

• Availability: I work Monday to Friday and respond within 24–48 hours during working days.

• Turnaround time: Most tasks are completed within 1–3 working days, depending on complexity.

• Unused time: Unused hours in hourly packages do not roll over unless we agree otherwise.

• Cancellations: You can cancel a monthly package with 7 days’ notice before the next billing date.

• Confidentiality: All your business information is treated as private and confidential.
